Terms and Conditions for the "Refer a Friend" Program
1. Eligibility

The "Refer a Friend" program is open to existing clients of Goodna Veterinary Surgery

Referrals must be new clients who have not previously visited the clinic. Referral Benefits
2. Referral Benefits

Referred clients will receive a $20 discount on their first visit to the clinic.

Referring clients will receive a $20 credit to be applied to their next visit after the referred client completes their first appointment.
3. Referral Process

The new client must mention the referring client’s name at the time of booking or check-in.

Credits and discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
4. Usage of Credits

Credits earned by the referring client can be used for any veterinary services or products at Goodna Veterinary Surgery.

Credits cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-transferable.
5. Limitations

Referring clients can refer multiple friends and earn multiple $20 credits; however, only one credit can be applied per visit.

The referred client must complete their first appointment for the referring client to qualify for the credit.
6. Program Modifications

Goodna Veterinary Surgery reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the "Refer a Friend" program at any time without prior notice.
7. Other Terms

Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or discounts unless specified.
